Join Adventist Community Services — Be the Hands of Hope

Every act of kindness can change a life. Through Adventist Community Services, you can be part of a ministry that brings comfort, healing, and practical help to those facing disaster or hardship. Whether it’s serving meals, cleaning up after storms, managing donations, or rebuilding homes, ACS volunteers reflect Christ’s love in action.

Adventist Community Services (ACS) offers disaster response through its dedicated ministry, helping individuals, families, and communities affected by natural or man-made crises. ACS manages donations and coordinates relief efforts, including feeding survivors, cleaning up debris, providing temporary roofing, and offering long-term recovery support.

ACS is involved in all four phases of disaster response: Preparation, Mitigation, Response, and Recovery. This ensures that volunteers are well-matched with the community’s specific needs. Local teams operate through churches and ACS centers, supported by conferences and unions. As a founding member of National VOAD, ACS collaborates with organizations like the Red Cross, Salvation Army, and FEMA. Together, they serve with compassion and efficiency.
